All of our yarn is from the alpacas we raise here at Aussie Hill. Shearing is done once per year and then fiber is sent to a local mill to be processed. This yarn is sport weight and each skein is 200 yards. It is currently available in the following colors: white, dark brown, tan, and tweed. We have used different mills and is not as finely spun as our elite yarn below.

Sport weight spun at Autumn Mist Fiber Mill. They have produced the finest yarn we have yet to see. All is 100% alpaca in natural colors available in white and medium fawn. Only prime blanket fiber was used for this yarn and it is incredibly soft.

By far, the most popular item in our stock. They are the softest bears you will ever find. Every one of all ages loves to cuddle these bears. They come in a variety of sizes and colors. These bears are truly collectibles and each one is different from another. Available in 9-inch and 12-inch sizes.

Sweaters and various clothing are available at different times at Aussie Hill. The selection varies depending on availability. The best option is to either call us or schedule a farm visit. Most sweaters vary in price range from $30.00 for machine made to $300 for hand made. Coats and vests are often available or I can special order them for you.

Bed Blankets are made of 100% superfine baby alpaca. They are beautifully made and edged with ornate crochet work. These blankets will last your lifetime and can be machine-washed although dry cleaning is recommended. These made wonderful wedding gifts, gifts for parents, spouses, and for spoiling yourself a little. These are the only blankets we have on our beds now and we love them.
